What they do is just fine but the first one is a mess of duplicated magic effects in a fire and forget spell using the script of the levitation mod which uses OnUpload() permanently to move an invisible plain, in a very clever way i must say, but not viable to be a permanent effect simply because running the script each 2 seconds makes it very scriptheavy and done incorrectly it can interfere with other scripted events such as quests.
